This Standard Terms and Conditions covers the terms and conditions of use for the Walkenny Park Herbs Online shopping service. By using our online shopping service available on our Website www.walkenny.com.au you agree to the terms of Use of our Website.
Orders are only accepted for delivery in Australia. We are strictly prepaid only. Goods are only dispatched upon receipt of full payment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Paypal and direct deposit or cheque. Orders will only be completed once payment has cleared.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Should any product be backordered, we will contact you to advise an approximate time frame for delivery.
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us. We may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers. In the case of price increase, you will be advised and you may cancel the order by giving notice to Walkenny Park Herbs, which must be received within 2 days of the price increase notification. All prices are quoted in AUD dollars and GST inclusive.
Orders should be made using our online ordering system whenever possible. If our ordering system is malfunctioning or you have difficulty using it we may accept an order placed by e-mailing our sales.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order you should do so as soon as possible by contacting us.
Cancellations made after the despatching will incur the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back.
Specially ordered consult orders of Custom Blends or Herbal Medicine orders can not be cancelled.
Shipping
You are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery.
You will be responsible for arranging collection from Australia Post or other couriers.
You are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days depends on the delivery location. We will make every effort to deliver on time, but we shall not be liable for any consequences from a delayed or lost shipment.
Return and Refund
There will be no credit given if our prices drop after your order has been delivered. Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price or $15 (whichever is greater) will be deducted prior to refund.
Returned goods must be in original condition and include all original packaging.
Shipping and handling cost are not refundable.
Specially ordered consult: Custom Blends or Herbal Medicine are non returnable, as these have be made specially as per your consult with WKP.
This refund policy only applies to goods where you can demonstrate that the goods did not meet the description we made of them or were not otherwise suitable given the information you provided us. It does not cover change of mind. Please contact us via email prior to returning anything. If we advise you that the request for refund will be accepted, goods must be shipped within 2 working days.
You must report any incorrect, missing or damaged items received to us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
Walkenny Park Herbs will not be responsible for damages of any nature resulting from use of or reliance upon this information within this website.
